Return and Refund Policy

Requesting a return

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for products purchased from Sleepnova. Contact giftworldbyktec@gmail.com with your order number.

For consumer purchases in Türkiye, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Your withdrawal notice does not require separate approval.

Returning your order

Our designated return carrier is Yurtiçi Kargo. Contact giftworldbyktec@gmail.com with your order number for return shipping instructions.

Please use protective packaging to prevent damage in transit and retain your tracking receipt.

Return shipping cost

For returns under the statutory right of withdrawal using Yurtiçi Kargo, the shipping cost is not charged to the customer. If no return carrier was specified in the information provided before ordering, the customer is likewise not charged a return shipping fee.

Refunds

Refunds under the statutory right of withdrawal are made within no more than 14 calendar days after the product is handed to Yurtiçi Kargo. If a different carrier is used, this period starts when we receive the product. If the right of withdrawal is exercised before delivery, the period starts when we receive your withdrawal notice.

The refund includes the amounts that must be refunded, including delivery costs, and is made in a single payment using the appropriate original payment method, at no cost to the customer.

Card payments are refunded to the original card. For cash payments on delivery, we contact you to agree a refund by bank transfer.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items

Contact giftworldbyktec@gmail.com with your order number if your item arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect. Photographs of the product and packaging help us assess the issue.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
