Shipping and delivery
Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched from Fatih, Istanbul, Türkiye within 1–3 business days. This is the time until handover to the carrier, not delivery to your address. Transit time varies by destination and carrier. Public holidays and busy periods may affect transit time.
Shipping charges
- Türkiye: Free standard shipping with no minimum order value.
- Germany: EUR 29.90 per order.
- England, Scotland and Wales: GBP 34.90 per order. This service excludes Northern Ireland and BFPO addresses.
- Other international addresses eligible for delivery: Standard shipping is TRY 810. Available services and charges for your address are shown at checkout.
You can check the shipping charge for your address at checkout before completing your order.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is offered only within Türkiye, with no additional fee for this option.
Order tracking
When your order is dispatched, tracking details are sent using the contact information provided with your order.
International shipments
Customs duties or additional import charges may apply depending on the destination country. These amounts are not included in the shipping charge and are the recipient's responsibility.
